  There is so much to learn about labor and birth for a new mom, having a doula can help fill in the gaps and help make your experience comfortable and exciting. I love helping women become mothers- Giving them the tools to embark on this adventure with confidence.

Birth can be overwhelming for the fathers and partners as well~ and I would love to work towards making the unknowns of birth more familiar to your birth team. 

I believe that with education & support every mother will make the choices to make her birth experience a positive and empowering one. Preserving your ‘birth memory’ is of my utmost importance. No guilt - no pressure. Just kindness, support and information.
